What you need to know about your Burrowing Pest,
And how to Get Rid of It.

Regardless of where you live throughout the world, a gopher is a gopher, a mole is a mole, a vole is a vole, and a squirrel is a squirrel, etcetera, and etcetera… And whether you live in Seattle or Shanghai; the treatment methods to remove one of these critters from your garden in one of these places is the same as that in another - the trick is to figure out which critter you have in order to use the proper solution.

Part of the frustration in dealing with some of these creatures, specifically the gopher or mole, may be rooted in the fact that we never actually see them; we only see the damage that has been done by them — and the truth is, we may never see them. Do you need to compare a "mug shot" of your offending critter with that of a known animal to determine what type of pest you are dealing with? No, the most elusive of these types of animals, gophers and moles, leave calling card evidence with their name written all over it, you just have to know what to look for.

If you’re not sure what type of critter you have, and it is an absolute necessity to know this with many products other than the Crittergetter, Check out our "Critter Confused" section to the left – gopher, mole, and vole specific documents have been added to start this section off with more to be added weekly - see our Blog for our latest additions. Contained in these articles listed to the left, you will not only find specifics of gopher control, mole control, and vole control but also information on how to identify gophers, moles, and voles and the differences between them. If you would like to view research documents created by various universities regarding voles, gophers, moles, prairie dogs, shrews, squirrels, chipmunks, or woodchucks (groundhogs), please select your choice from our "Do you know your adversary" column to the right or see our "Critter Profiles" page. Like to see some abatement options other than the Crittergetter? Take a look at our Resource Directory (new products are added daily). Want to know some reasons to select the Crittergetter over any other type of product? See our "Why Use The Crittergetter?" or maybe our "What is The Crittergetter?" pages. And always check out our Blog for a quick way to see what’s new.

If for whatever reason the Crittergetter is a product you cannot use, we would like to help you find a product you can. While we are in the market to sell our product, we have also chosen to create a comprehensive website where you can receive some definitive answers regarding the particular creature that is causing you harm, and what you can do to get rid of it!

We would like to make your visit to CrittergetterOnline.com as informative and effective as possible, so please, if you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to email us.

A message from the Crittergetter creator:

Getting rid of these Critters and keeping them out is work – regardless of what product you use – and these animals will not go away unless you do something about them; in fact the problem will get worse. I can’t offer you a "miracle cure", I don’t know if anybody ever will be able to. Nor would I offer you some sort of "Snake Oil" charm, or useless contraption. What I am offering, is a product that will maximize the effectiveness of the work you perform. The Crittergetter is a "tried & true" homegrown product that I assemble, I ship, and I use. I created the Crittergetter because I needed something that worked. The logic behind the Crittergetter is sound: Experts have stated that fumigants are the most effective way to eliminate burrowing pests. We all know what Carbon Monoxide can do – we hear about it nearly every day – if you fill a burrow with it, the results are the same.

There are a lot of products out there; most didn’t work for me. I have tried many and spent a lot of money on them. If I were to stack up the costs of all the products I have tried and the damage that has been done to my yard and garden, that resulting figure would easily exceed the cost of even the most expensive Crittergetter. The Crittergetter is a tool composed of top notch, industrial grade materials, that will take a beating and still accomplish what it was created to do. It may not be the product for everyone – but for those who choose it – the Crittergetter will get the job done.

For those who feel that any harm to animals is inhumane – First let me express that I love animals, nature, and the outdoors. I am amazed to watch their interaction with each other and how they all contribute to their (and my) environment. However, when they invade and destroy my garden, and I do mean INVADE and DESTROY, that is when I have a problem with them. I tried many different types of both humane and inhumane abatement techniques and items to no avail. If there were any way to remove these animals from my yard and garden without harm, I would have done so and still would. Personally, I do not have a problem with these creatures, I actually enjoy them, respect their ingenuity, and wish I could leave them be. All I ask is that they do their destructive things somewhere else other than my garden. Until they understand and move somewhere else, I will take matters into my own hands using the tool that works for me.
